Buying Experience at Cartime
Positive Experience
Graeme Murray had a stress-free buying experience at Cartime, praising Noel, the sales team member, for being easy to deal with and not pushy. The car was ready for viewing and driving, and the initial advert on Autotrader accurately reflected the vehicle's condition.
Negative Experiences
However, Chris Loxton and Robert had disappointing experiences at Cartime. Chris was disappointed with the car's condition, which had several scratches and dents, despite being told it had been serviced and refurbished. The tyres fitted were of low budget quality, and the wheels had been badly refurbished. The salesman was unhelpful and patronising, dismissing Chris's concerns.
Robert's experience was also poor, with the car lacking service history and a spare key, despite being advertised. Cartime failed to resolve the issues and ignored Robert's emails and calls.
