Excellent Customer Service
Several reviewers praised Eurovans, Ayr for their outstanding customer service. David Hockham, a seasoned motor trader, commended the team for being exceptionally helpful and professional. Dissatisfaction with the Sales Process
However, two reviewers had negative experiences. Artur Niemyski gave the dealership a low rating, accusing the sales representative of being unprofessional and pushing deals without considering customers' best interests. Community Framework was dissatisfied with the lack of mechanical checks on the van they purchased. They reported several issues, including almost bald tyres, low coolant levels, and an oil warning light, which ended up costing them 350 to rectify.
