At Clarion Cars, we're a family-run business with over 40 years of experience in providing our customers with uncommonly friendly and honest service. Our showroom is based in Worthing, West Sussex, and we've quickly grown to deliver our incredible knowledge and deals to customers across the UK with our national delivery service.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including buying, selling, servicing, and sourcing new and used cars. Our experienced and approachable staff are experts in the Volkswagen Group (Skoda, VW, Audi, Seat), and we have over 100 years of collective knowledge and the latest diagnostic equipment to ensure any problem is too big. We've also won acclaim for our value for money, with one of the lowest labour rates in the Worthing area and our sales stock checked against competitors nationwide to guarantee value.

Our showroom provides all the usual dealer facilities, including competitive finance, part exchanges, and on-site parking. We're proud to offer a wide range of vehicles from KGM/SsangYong, and our latest diagnostic equipment ensures that any issues are quickly identified and resolved.

Meet the Team

Meet our friendly and understanding Dealer Principal, Tom Ogden, who's been with us for over 20 years and has the answer for any query. Our Office Manager, Dru Phillips, is always happy to help with any questions you may have. And, our Book-keeper, Terry Peters, keeps our books balanced with ease.

About Us

At Clarion Cars, we take pride in our commitment to customer service. Our Sales Opening Times are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm, and Sunday from Closed. Our Aftersales Opening Times are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday from Closed, and Sunday from Closed.

Regulation

We're Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No 659758). Clarion Cars permissions allow us to act as a credit broker, not as a lender, for the introduction to a limited number of lenders. Complaints

If you have any issues with either our finance products, vehicles or services, please feel free to contact us to discuss in the first instance. If we cannot resolve your complaint within 8 weeks, you may refer your dispute to the Financial Ombudsman Service. This service is free to use.
