Our owner, Brian Nair, has over 45 years of experience working with Mercedes Benz vehicles, and his passion for the brand is evident in the exceptional service we provide.
Our Story
Brian Nair's journey with Mercedes Benz began when he was just 15 years old, when he started as an apprentice at Normand Mayfair Ltd. He worked his way up the ranks, becoming a workshop foreman before eventually leaving to start his own business, MercStar. In 2008, the name was changed to Nair Autos due to differences with Mercedes Benz UK.
Our Team
We are proud to have a team of highly skilled and trained technicians, including Brian, who is a gearbox specialist and has a level 3 NVQ in light vehicle maintenance and repairs. Our senior technician, Rui Goncalves, has been with us since 2001 and has over 20 years of experience working on Mercedes Benz vehicles. Sam Nair, Brian's son, joined us in 2012 and has completed his mechanical apprenticeship to become a fully qualified technician.
