Service Issues
Several customers have expressed frustration with the service they received at the garage. Author Twigsta had their van in for three days, but the issue with the reverse camera was not resolved, and they were told that the technicians couldn't find the power unit in the vehicle that powers the reverse camera unit. Author Hilton Heating Norfolk Ltd had a similar experience, with their van being taken in for repair and then not being looked at for seven days, only to be told that the technician couldn't replicate the fault.
Communication
Poor communication seems to be a recurring theme. Author J. D. had a Rangers on order since July but was given no clear estimates for delivery, and the salesman was unable to provide a realistic delivery date. Author Matt N. was left waiting for hours after booking an MOT, only to be told that the service wouldn't be done that day.
Quality and Maintenance
The quality of service also came under scrutiny. Author Rob Rose was dismayed to find that their newly serviced Ranger had a filthy interior when they picked it up. Author David Jewell was unable to get the fuel and air filters they needed for their service, despite waiting weeks for stock.
Positive Experiences
Not all experiences were negative, however. Authors Tony Lay, L. Raven, and Brian Allen had positive experiences with the garage, praising the service, punctuality, and professionalism of the staff.
